Miesha successfully negotiated the purchase of our first house. We found out later that the seller chose us not because we were the highest price but because of the terms we offered and Miesha gave us the confidence to offer those terms. She spoke several times with our Mortgage Advisor and then explained to us every option we had while making our offer. She also described how the Seller might view each choice we made and how they would be compared to other offers since she knew we were in a multiple offer situation.
